Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pandora Smoker. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Returns

All sales are final unless stated otherwise. We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged products, and only within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items returned after the return window expires

  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, only the cost of the item will be refunded.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud and reported accordingly.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandora Smoker and its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold.

We reserve the right to update or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
