Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended. -
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.
International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. -
International Shipping
We currently ship to the list of countries provided on our website. International shipping costs and duties/taxes will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. -
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Pandora Smoker is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:-
Check with neighbors or your local postal service.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at pandorasmoker@gmail.com. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes. -
